We are an informal group of volunteers who team up to put on an event that allows other community groups to set up their events alongside ours. We also do not assume responsibility for any third party websites to which our links lead.
Any information that we provide on our website is given to the best of our knowledge and as provided by these groups.
Any personal information which we will receive via email, contact form, the website, Facebook or any other form of contact by anyone will be securely stored by the team member who deals with the query and will be deleted when the communication has been concluded.
