Festival Programme

This year's Food and Farming Festival will take place over the weekend of 1/2 September 2012. These dates will coincide with the Scottish Food Fortnight. Events take place on the Saturday in The Square, Huntly and on the Sunday at The Mart on the edge of the town.

The main events in the programme from last year are listed below - we will update the events as this year's programme is confirmed. A 2011 programme can be downloaded here in .pdf format.

In addition to events on the day, there will be a number of other events taking place outside of the two main venues. Some of these will be over the weekend of the Festival, others will be on various dates over a few weeks. These will include :

  • Screenings of food related films
  • Guided textile tour
  • Open music session
